A mouthguard is soft and plastic that can be used in boxing,nrl, and league.Mouthguards make your teeth prevent the pain when you get hit hard.
Mouthguards prevent cracks,chips and knock outs and other impact - related injuries.mouthguard are mostly used in sports and activities like in rugby,skateboarding,softball,and many other sports.
Mouthguards don't cost that much it only cost $5 or a little bit more.And if you try and get custom mouth fit mouthguard it will cost $200 or more.Many kids complain about these versions being uncomfortable and making it difficult to breath.
People should start putting mouthguards in the kids stationary so they can wear it in their activities like sports.
Naturally I feel that people should wear mouthguards because in contact sports your teeth can get whacked by their head by a accident and your teeth can get hurt very badly.

Ki ora Tane I can see that you a trying to write more paragraph about why we need to wear a mouthguard. Because wearing a mouthguard is important and we need to wear it so our teeth don't come off. I can see that when you buy a mouthguard you can save more money. Tane do you wear a mouthguard when you play your favorite sport?
Kia ora tane. I had a little peek and it said that we must use our mouth guards during games like rugby and I hope you teach me that.
